Volunteer Work

Fernando is a long-time supporter of AIESEC, the world's largest student-led organisation dedicated to international internships. He was a member and Chair of AIESEC International's Supervisory Group for ten years and continues to provide them with contributions on a pro-bono basis, including coaching, mentoring and the facilitation of workshops.

Jussara has been a volunteer at ISA for more than 10 years, contributing to the PTA in an array of different functions. She was involved in designing workshops on Dutch culture for newcomers, coordinating 35 different National Communities to participate in events, and coordinating activities to support various charities sponsored by ISA. Jussara was a member of the School Board and continues to be involved with ISA activities as an alumni parent.

In Brazil, both Jussara and Fernando have done pro-bono lectures for different institutions such as: ESARH (Encontro Sul Americano de Recursos Humanos), ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing), ICF Brazil (International Coaching Federation); IMI (Instituto de Marketing Industrial); SBDG (Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica de Grupo) and TED Brazil.
