Assessment & Development of HR
Business strategy (content) and organizational culture (process) are parallel dimensions of the same reality that need to be fully aligned. Our approach combines describing the present-day culture, the desired culture, and then emphasizing a participative change strategy combining “soft” issues, like values and interpersonal communication, with “hard” issues, such as strategy, structure, policies and procedures. The power is in the combination.
We focus on individual self-assessment and help leaders to make their Individual Development Plan with goals and deadlines. We then use a tailor-made combination of workshops (in modules), action learning projects and individual coaching for them to develop the desired competencies.
The Bridge to Manage Across Cultures
Using solid concepts and a very practical approach, we use consulting, workshops and coaching to improve intercultural effectiveness for both companies and individuals. We assess expatriation candidates. We prepare professionals and their families for intercultural adaptation, helping them to identify and develop their competencies to deal with specific cultures.
The Meaning Tree
A series of meetings with an organization’s Management Team to articulate a shared vision about the components of its strategic intent, including Purpose, Target Clients, Value Proposition, Ambition, Strategy, Structure, Employer Branding, Vision, Identity and Organizational Change Strategy.
Our approach to Team Building is to run a program to help the team solve real problems they face in their everyday life at work. This means addressing these work problems in an objective way, and addressing the interpersonal issues that every team might have, so they can build mutual trust. This process includes preparing the team with tools that they can use in the future amongst themselves, without the presence of a facilitator, to address and solve both technical and relationship issues more effectively.
The assessment measures current intercultural effectiveness and functional fit, and identifies areas of improvement. We offer a unique tailor-made profile for the function or assignment against which the candidate will be tested on:
Assessment & Development of the HR Function
We carry out an interactive assessment of the HR/People & Management function, to determine at what level it is currently functioning, where it should be and what must be done to take it to the desired level. This is done by using a specific tool (HR Effectiveness Assessment Tool) with members of the HR function themselves and with selected stakeholders. The analysis of results is made in a workshop with the HR leadership team, ending in an action plan for the development of the HR/People & Management function.
